Appears to be a OEM part but price was much more reasonable than the dealer. First attempt was a disaster as I used too much force to install so decided to purchase two to make sure I was more careful installing. Worked fine with finesse rather than brute force. No instructions were included.

Fit like a glove! The texture is slightly different than my gmc sierra but it was close enough. Also since 2 come in a kit, you can make both match by replacing both. Otherwise they have worked great. Very pleased!
